The city property-price multiplier changes purchase price. Its property-slot multiplier changes both capacities, using rounded results. The table shows base definitions, while the purchase screen shows the current city's offer.
Count slots per production batch and leave room for every required input. A Trailer or Basement provides no base processing slots. Paired production chains also need room for their secondary ingredient operation.
A property belongs to a city. Capacity in another city does not automatically increase your current city's processing total. Existing jobs and upgrades affect the usable capacity displayed in game.
Normal property sell-back returns 90% of the recorded purchase price, rounded down. Consider active jobs and any restrictions before selling.
The Safehouse property is a production property. Its name does not itself activate the separate paid Safe House service or prevent incoming PvP attacks.
