City casino businesses offer games played with in-game cash. You do not need to own a business to play. Availability and table limits depend on the current city's business.
Check the wager, available cash and current limits. A displayed payout is often a total return including the stake, rather than profit on top of the original wager.
Blackjack, Roulette and Poker Room owners can configure minimum and maximum bets. Default table limits are $100 to $2,000,000 before owner configuration. Numbers Racket and Fight Club have their own rules.
Finish an active card hand before starting another. Blackjack and Poker share one active card-session slot, so beginning a new hand can replace the stored session. Refreshing an unfinished hand does not itself refund its wager.
Aim to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without exceeding 21. Face cards count as ten; an Ace counts as eleven or one as needed.
The dealer draws while below 17 and stands at 17 or above. An ordinary win returns twice the final stake; a push returns the stake; a loss returns nothing. An initial two-card Blackjack returns 2.5 times the stake unless the dealer also has Blackjack, which is a push.
For a $1,000 ordinary winning bet, the $2,000 return includes the original $1,000 stake, giving $1,000 net profit before any applicable debt garnishment.
Each spin selects a number from zero to 36. You can place several supported bets on the same spin. Each bet must meet the table limits, and total wagers on one spin cannot exceed $10,000,000.
| Winning bet | Total return |
|---|---|
| Red/black, even/odd, low/high | Twice its stake |
| Dozen or column | Three times its stake |
| Exact number | 36 times its stake |
Zero does not win red, black, even, odd, low, high, dozen or column bets. An exact-number bet on zero can win. Losing bets return nothing; the spin's net result combines all your bets.
The current Poker Room is five-card draw video poker. Deal five cards, choose which to keep and replace the others once. Your final hand determines the return from the pay table; it is not a multiplayer poker table.
| Final hand | Total return multiplier |
|---|---|
| Royal Flush | 250 |
| Straight Flush | 50 |
| Four of a Kind | 25 |
| Full House | 9 |
| Flush | 6 |
| Straight | 4 |
| Three of a Kind | 3 |
| Two Pair | 2 |
| Jacks or Better | 1 |
| Other hand | 0 |
A Jacks or Better result returns the stake rather than doubling it. Check the final result before dealing again.
Pick a number from one to 100. Each ticket costs $10,000, with a maximum of five tickets per player per draw. The screen shows the draw time and current jackpot.
The draw selects one winning number. Matching tickets share the jackpot equally, so several winning tickets split the prize. The jackpot is not the full amount of ticket sales: ticket purchases allocate a 20% business share, and the winner pool is 70% of the remaining recorded pot. A draw without matching tickets pays no winner.
Fight Club lets spectators bet on an active PvP fight. The minimum wager is $1,000. Betting closes two minutes after fight creation and is unavailable once the fight ends. You cannot bet on a fight in which you are a combatant.
On a decisive result, winning bets receive their stake plus a proportional share of the losing pool after its 10% house cut. The return therefore depends on bets on both sides. A draw refunds 95% of each stake.
Business-owner income is recorded separately from player returns and collected through the owner controls. Owning a table does not make your own wagers guaranteed winners.
Outstanding Loan Shark debt can garnish positive cash grants. The logged game result and the final change in your cash balance can differ. See Loan Shark.
