Cash carried in your wallet is available for immediate spending, but can be taken by a successful PvP Mug. Bank storage separates savings from that exposed wallet balance.
The base Mug take is 5% of eligible current wallet cash, with applicable combat modifiers. It does not use total net worth or automatically take a share of your personal bank balance, properties or vehicle values. Security's permanent Hard Target mastery reduces cash lost when mugged by 25%.
Money committed to your offer in an active personal trade is excluded from the Mug base. This is protection for an actual trade commitment, rather than escrow: funds remain in your wallet until both players accept, and the completed trade rechecks live affordability.
A deposit must fit your vault capacity. You cannot top up an existing positive bank balance. A new deposit starts a seven-day lock window.
You can withdraw during that window, but an early-withdrawal fee applies. Its maximum is 20% immediately after deposit and it falls proportionally with remaining lock time, reaching zero when the lock ends. The fee is removed from the requested amount. Fully emptying the account clears the lock for a new deposit.
Keep enough wallet cash for planned purchases and fees. Storing everything can create a need for an expensive early withdrawal. Vault tiers increase capacity and can change interest.
A Family Bank balance belongs to the family and is governed by family withdrawal permissions. It is not automatically personal savings you can withdraw at will. Business income and market earnings may need collection before becoming spendable wallet cash.
Lay Low and Safe House do not make you immune to incoming PvP attacks. A property named Safehouse does not activate the paid service. Loan Shark default and debt collection are separate risks; bank storage is not a promise of immunity from forced debt recovery.
