Shooting, Leadership, Charisma and Labor develop through ordinary gameplay. They add gradual bonuses alongside battle stats, equipment, careers and upgrades. Your Profile shows each secondary stat's level and progress.
| Stat | Main progression sources | Benefits |
|---|---|---|
| Shooting | PvP outcomes and relevant career shifts | Improves effective offensive Strength in PvP |
| Leadership | Leading Organized Crimes and relevant career shifts | Improves the leader's OC payout and reduces their effective family tax rate |
| Charisma | Successful contact sales and relevant career shifts | Improves NPC contact sale proceeds |
| Labor | Drug production/processing collection and relevant career shifts | Improves career shift pay and applicable drug-production yield |
Career tracks award primary and secondary stat XP when shifts are collected. Which stats develop depends on the track. See Careers.
Each secondary stat starts at level 1 and caps at level 100. Bonuses rise gradually from no bonus at level 1 to their maximum at level 100.
| Effect | Maximum at level 100 |
|---|---|
| Shooting's effective offensive Strength multiplier | +15% |
| Leadership's leader OC payout multiplier | +20% |
| Leadership's relative family-tax discount | 10% |
| Charisma's NPC sale-price multiplier | +15% |
| Labor's career pay multiplier | +15% |
| Labor's production-yield multiplier | +15% |
These are the secondary stat's own effects. Other applicable modifiers and deductions still matter.
Every OC role score blends 60% Crime XP with 40% of one supporting progression. The following mapping is used by both the preview and the actual start-time calculation:
| Secondary stat or skill | OC roles |
|---|---|
| Shooting | Lookout, Muscle, Shooter, Intimidator |
| Leadership | Leader |
| Charisma | Inside Man, Distraction |
| Labor | Hacker, Bagman, Explosives |
| Racing skill | Driver |
Driver is the only exception. It uses the existing Racing skill derived from Racing XP. There is no separate Driving secondary stat.
The supporting target depends on contract tier:
| Contract tier | Secondary-stat target | Racing target for Driver |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 30 | 6 |
| Mid | 45 | 9 |
| High | 60 | 12 |
| Elite | 75 | 15 |
Reaching the listed target does not make a role perfect by itself. Crime XP still supplies 60% of the blended role score, and the score uses a smooth saturation curve rather than a hard pass or fail threshold. See Organized Crimes for the broader system.
Every completed career shift grants the career's primary secondary stat at the full configured amount and its secondary stat at half that amount. Higher career tiers grant slightly more secondary-stat XP per shift.
| Career | Primary stat | Secondary stat |
|---|---|---|
| Sports | Labor | Charisma |
| Logistics | Labor | Leadership |
| Hospitality | Charisma | Labor |
| Law | Leadership | Charisma |
| Finance | Leadership | Charisma |
| Medicine | Labor | Leadership |
| Security | Shooting | Labor |
Career shifts are progression sources. The career itself does not replace the stat used by an OC role. For example, Security shifts develop Shooting, and Shooting then supports Lookout, Muscle, Shooter and Intimidator.
Shooting does not add permanent points to stored Strength and is not restricted to firearm attacks. It changes effective offensive Strength in the PvP calculation; it does not guarantee a hit or a win.
Leadership's OC payout bonus applies to the leader's share. It is not an automatic bonus for every crew member. Its tax discount is relative: at maximum Leadership, a 10% family tax becomes 9% for that earner, rather than being reduced by ten percentage points.
Charisma affects contact sales. Do not assume it raises the price another player agrees to pay on the Market.
Labor XP from drug collection scales with the weighted quantity collected and is capped per collection action. A tiny collection does not receive the same XP as a large production run merely because both use one click.
Secondary stats are not the gym's Strength, Defense, Speed and Dexterity. Crime skill, Drug XP, Racing skill, Bust skill, Revive skill and career progression also have their own rules.
Racing provides the existing driving-related progression. There is no separate Driving secondary stat.
